The Foundations Course will equip you with helpful insights into how to heal, strengthen and grow your most important relationships through the core values of Personal Responsibility, Proactive Care, Powerful Communication, and Healthy Boundaries.

Take what you’ve learned about mentoring individuals to the next level by developing your ability to mentor teams. This training will give you what you need to effectively guide teams of people in building a healthy, resilient, effective team culture.

Guided Reconciliation
Pre-requisite: Mentor’s Training for Personal Mentoring
Facilitated live by a certified Restoring Connections Trainer
32 hours of live training, plus extra assignments

Help people navigate acute relational breakdown by developing your ability to provide guided reconciliation. This training gives you tools to be an agent of peacemaking within high-stress situations, helping two or more individuals reconnect and chart a clear pathway forward.
